Seasonal Beeswax Candle - 8 oz
We’ve designed our beeswax candles to burn clean and beautifully, but a little care from you will make all the difference. Follow these simple tips to get the longest, safest, and coziest burn from your candle:
Keep your wooden wick trimmed to about ¼ inch before every burn. This helps your candle light easily, prevents smoking, and keeps the flame steady.
For the best burn, allow your candle to stay lit until the melted wax reaches the edges of the glass. This prevents tunneling (wax left along the sides) and helps maximize burn time.
Don’t burn your 8 oz candle for more than 4 hours at a time. This protects the wick and helps your candle last longer. Always burn on a heat-safe surface and never leave a candle unattended.
If the flame gets too high or flickers, blow it out, trim the wick again, and relight.
Once your candle is finished, you can clean out the remaining beeswax and put in one of our refills. Here are a few easy ways to clean the jar: Hot water method - Pour hot water into the cooled vessel. Once it cools, the wax will rise to the top and can be removed. Blow dryer - Warm the wax gently until soft, then wipe clean with a paper towel.
