Shipping Policy
Order Processing
We’re a small, family-run business, and every candle is hand-poured with care. Most orders ship the next business day after purchase, though some may take an extra 1–2 days to process. During busy seasons and holidays (Black Friday through Christmas), processing may take 3–5 business days. Please keep this in mind when ordering for gifts or special occasions. Carriers do not pick up on Federal Holidays, so orders placed then will ship the following business day.
Shipping Fees
We’re proud to offer FREE domestic shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimums, no hidden fees, just one less thing to worry about.
If you need faster delivery, you can select express shipping at checkout (additional charges apply). Please note that express shipping does not guarantee same-day fulfillment.
International Shipping
At this time, we do offer international shipping at market rates. If rates don’t populate for your address, it may mean we’re unable to ship directly to your location due to customs requirements. Shipping Protection
While we take care in packing every candle, once an order leaves our hands, we rely on our carriers. You may choose to add shipping protection at checkout for peace of mind. This optional service covers lost or damaged packages, ensuring a quick replacement or refund. Without it, we’ll always do our best to help, but cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-related issues.
Return Policy
We want you to love your 3 Bees candles as much as we loved making them. If something isn’t right, let us help!
Defective or Damaged Products
In the rare case that your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping.
Changed Your Mind?
If you’re returning an unused candle because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or the scent wasn’t what you expected, you’ll be responsible for return shipping. We can provide a return label (with the cost deducted from your refund) or you can arrange your own shipping. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received in original condition.

Please Note: We cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned, even partially, unless they are defective.
